Thông báo về buổi giới thiệu Các chương trình đào tạo và trao đổi sinh viên tại Viện Công nghệ Tokyo Nhật Bản (Tokyo Tech)

Trong khuôn khổ chương trình hợp tác giữa Trường Đại học Bách Khoa Hà Nội (ĐHBKHN) và Viện Công nghệ Tokyo (Tokyo Tech), Tokyo Tech sẽ tổ chức một buổi Giới thiệu các chương trình đào tạo và Trao đổi sinh viên tại Tokyo Tech vào ngày 8/10/2015 ( từ 8:45-10:30) tại phòng Hội thảo C2.

Các chương trình đào tạo và trao đổi sinh viên quốc tế sau đây sẽ được giới thiệu (YSEP, ACAP and AYSEAS là những chương trình không cấp bằng):

1. YSEP (Chương trình Trao đổi sinh viên – Những nhà Nghiên cứu trẻ): 1 năm hoặc 1 kỳ, học bằng Tiếng Anh cho sinh viên năm cuối đại học. Học phí được miễn cho sinh viên ĐHBKHN. Sinh viên có thể đăng ký nhận học bổng JASSO.

2. ACAP (Chương trình hợp tác học thuật): chương trình nghiên cứu 3 tháng đến 1 năm 3 cho sinh viên đại học (từ năm thứ 2) và cao học. Học phí được miễn cho sinh viên ĐHBKHN

3. Tokyo Tech-AYSEAS: Chương trình trao đổi sinh viên 10 ngày, thăm các Dự án JICA, các công ty Nhật bản và công ty ở nước sở tại, các tổ chức nhà nước, các trường đại học ở một nước trong khu vực Châu Á

4. IGP (Chương trình Cao học Quốc tế): Chương trình Thạc sỹ, Tiến sỹ hoặc Kết hợp Thạc sỹ và Tiến sỹ; học bằng tiếng Anh. Sinh viên đăng ký có thể xin học bổng Chính phủ Nhật

* Lưu ý: Ứng viên được yêu cầu nộp các chứng chỉ tiếng Anh như TOEFL-iBT, TOEFL-PBT, TOEIC hoặc IELTS Academic Module được thi sau 1/12/2013. Nếu sinh viên nào chưa có chứng chỉ tiếng Anh kể trên, nên đăng ký thi sớm nhất để có chứng chỉ trước 30/11/2015. Chứng chỉ TOEFLE ITP Hoặc TOEIC- IP hoặc các chứng chỉ khác đều không được chấp nhận

Ngoài ra, các ứng viên cần có sự đồng ý làm giáo sư hướng dẫn của giáo sư Tokyo Tech trước khi đăng ký. Hiện nay đang là thời điểm thích hợp cho việc liên lạc với các giáo sư Tokyo Tech. Để biết thêm thông tin về các giáo sư, vui lòng tìm trên trang sau:

Tokyo Tech Seminar/ Tokyo Tech international programs Information Session (October 8th, 2015 from 08:45-10:30).

Within the cooperation framework between Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST and Tokyo Institute of Technology (Tokyo Tech), A Studying at Tokyo Tech information session would be organized at HUST on October 8th, 2015 from 08:45-10:30.

The following international programs (YSEP, ACAP and AYSEAS are non-degree programs) would be introduced in this seminar:

1. YSEP (Young Scientist Exchange Program): 1 year or 1 semester program in English for senior undergraduate students; tuition waived for HUST students. Students can apply for a JASSO scholarship.

2. ACAP (Academic Cooperation Agreement Program): 3 months to 1 year program on a research activity at Tokyo Tech for graduate students or undergraduate students (second year or above) ; tuition waived for HUST students.

3. Tokyo Tech-AYSEAS (Tokyo Tech-Asia Young Scientist and Engineer Advanced Study Program)

10-day study visit to JICA projects, Japanese companies, local companies, government organizations, research institutes, or universities at one of the participating Asian countries; open to participants from partner universities in Japan, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Singapore, and the Philippines.

4. IGP (International Graduate Program)

Master's, Doctoral, and combined Master’s and Doctoral degree programs, all in English; students can apply for a Japanese government scholarship.

* Note: Applicants are required to submit English proficiency test score reports from TOEFL-iBT, TOEFL-PBT, TOEIC or the IELTS Academic Module taken on or after December 1, 2013. If you have not taken these tests yet, please take one as soon as possible so that you can submit your score report before November 30, 2015. Score reports from the Institutional Testing Program of TOEFL or TOEIC (TOEFL-ITP, TOEIC-IP) or other proficiency tests not specifically listed above will not be accepted.
