3. Qualifications:
- Bachelor, major in Information Technology and relevant
- Ability to analyze problems and troubleshooting
- Ability to communicate in English is A plus
- Accounting and Finance knowledge is a plus
- Good knowledge in Database System (SQL, Oracle…)
- Good communication in English is a plus.
- Able to work independently.
- Proactive & open minded, service mindset
- Ability to do Self-study new technology
- Willing to improve technical skills;
- Ability to create professional training document is a plus
4. Job description:
- A part of Vinhomes IT SAP Department
- Support end-users all technique problem related to SAP systems in both offline and online method
- Training end-users in using SAP systems
- Create User Guides and training document for end-users
- Receive and categorize end user business requirements
- Base on Requirement analysis when required
- UAT coordinating, supporting
- Do requirement analysis if have ability
- Test và master data processing
