Tóm tắt báo cáo

Recent years have witnessed the emergence of wireless sensor networks (WSNs) which consist of tiny sensor nodes deployed over a region of interest to monitor and control the physical environment. There are many critical problems when handling wireless sensor networks such as how to minimize the energy consumption, maximize the load balance among the sensors, or minimize the number of sensors needed to be deployed, etc. The purpose of this talk is to introduce how computational geometry and graph theory can be exploited to tackle the optimization problems in wireless sensor networks.
